Worry is a habit. Even if you were to resolve all the things to worry about, after a short temporary moment of satisfaction, you’d begin noticing “worry” looking for something new to worry about; this is the worry habit.

Focus less on eliminating the things to worry about, and first on eliminating the habit of worry itself.
