I wasn’t born a Life Coach Specialist.

I’ve known the taste of rock bottom.
Addiction. Alcoholism. Drug abuse. Sexual abuse. The dark spiral of depression so deep I tried to escape this life entirely.
Suicide? Yeah. I was there.
Legal issues stacked like bricks on my back.
Emotional pain that never got a name.
Family wounds that festered.
Social anxiety that masked as toughness.
And insecurity so loud it could drown out love.

I lost my father when I was 15. Living on the streets.
Car accidents. Physical injuries. Soul injuries.
Dark nights where I questioned if there was anything good left in me… or for me.
I didn’t learn suffering. I lived it.

But let me tell you something…

That pain became my teacher.
That chaos cracked me open.
That breakdown? It was the beginning of my becoming.
